If it is an "outcall" than yes you should expect to pay for the room

OTOH, it is possible (not likely, but possible) that she has a second incall location or that she  "tours" your location seeing other clients besides yourself. In that case, she would still be offering an incall appointment and the room would not be your responsibility  

I would suggest you simply ask her if she has an incall in your area when she visits. Something on the order of "That's great that you come to my area, do you have an incall location when visiting, or do you offer outcall only here?"

If a provider offers to meet you outside of her incall location and states that she is in the area often. Should you automatically assume you will be paying for the motel/hotel!?
