Here's how:

In your Wix editor, click on the image of the TER banner.  A small menu will pop up.  One of the options says "Link to..."  Simply select that option and then paste the URL of the page that you want it to link to.  

Click over into preview mode to check that it worked and see if the link directs you to the right page.  Then save & publish.

log in to wix.com
-manage site
-edit site
-click on the page you want to add the link
-mark the + sign
-scroll all the way to "more"
-and HTML code
-and you will see a little square on it.  
-click on enter code  
-and paste the code that is on TER board.

that should work, if not...  
save the ter logo on you pictures, add the picture and then edit the code on the picture.
