Gina is the founder of P411. I don't know her current title but I guess she is something like President, or CEO. Point is you don't need to speak to the owner to solve your problem. P411 has very able staff members who are very responsive. Just contact them via email, live chat, or their 800 number. While I don't have your issue and don't personally know someone who does, I have been a member of p411 for 5 years, and have contacted them several times for different issues. All my questions or concerns were quickly handled and I have never spoken to Gina.
