Why are you thinking about it ? It does make getting verified much easier with the ladies, if you plan on continuing in this hobby, then you are better off getting P411.
And there are plenty of ladies that are newbie friendly, look on your local board or contact a local reputable agency and tell them your new.

Found this site recently and opened account here. Am planning on getting P411 verified but till I get that, is there a list of providers that are Newbie Friendly, that I can visit?
This topic, as I see from the threads here, has been beaten to death and one reason it seems is because policies vary from provider to provider.
Hence, if there is a List of Providers that would work with newbies till they get verified, then that could be helpful.

However you said you are joining P411. While P411 does not have a "list" per say, providers there can mention in their profile that they are newbie friendly, and you can use the P411 search function to pull up the newbie friendly providers.
You can also post an ISO (in search of) post here on TER, on the ISO board (or your regional discussion board, though it may get moved to ISO) stating your area, and that you are looking for newbie friendly providers. You are sure to get a bunch of "pick me" replies.

P 411 will make even an experienced mongers life a thousand times easier when booking dates.
I am sure you will read dozens of posts by disgruntled and frustrated mongers who either find themselves jumping through endless hoops trying to get verified or can't even get a girl to return their emails. All this goes away with P 411, I don't put much more effort getting screened and booking a date via P 411 than I do ordering a pizza.
Being new with no "okays" P 411 won't make it as easy for you as it is for me with a few dozen okays, but all you have to do is a couple of newbie friendly providers to see you, get a couple of okays and all your screening problems will be a thing of the past. I can't remember the last time screening took more than an hour, as opposed to many non P 411 guys waiting days to get screened, Usually it takes much less than an hour for me to get screened. I usually mention it in my opening communication, something like "please feel free to check out my profile and okays before getting back to me, so we can get that part out of the way" Usually by the time i hear back from the lady I am already go to go.
