Providers, how do you update your city in your account??
If you are a provider, and you have reviews, the first thing you should do is get your profile linked to your username.

...problem report. Go to your profile and click the "Report A Problem" tab. Tell TER to update the city you are now in. You can refer them to your ad showing what city you are now in.
You can do the same thing by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
Do you see that perfectstorm's name is in red? That means that he is the host of this board and knows what he's talking about. He was giving you good additional advice about having your reviews linked to your handle
I, like perfectstorm, must have assumed that you meant "TER Profile" by "account" and his answer was spot on for that:
1. Problem Report it.
2. Contact Us it.
Supplementary advice: Ask TER Admin to link your TER handle (yourfriendselena) to your TER Profile.
Can you clarify what you meant by "account"?
