The TER link you have is raw text, its not set up as a link. You probably need to remove it and replace it with the TER image that has an embedded link. Some of the problem may be that there's some weird frame stuff going on. (Technical term.)
I am trying to load ter's logo onto my website that also directs back to TER when you click on it..
but for some reason it isnt working for me..

There is a link on your site to TER, but it doesn't read as TER, it just says click to leave a review, and then when you do click it goes to TER.
There must be an incompatibility between the TER interactive logo and whatever program is running your site.
Have you contacted TER directly to see if they have come across this before?

...you need help fixing it. But you don't need to, because people can find it by clicking "See My reviews."
Hi Bridgette ,
In your reviews section click the link reviews . Also TER has a section that you choose a banner from .
You have to ask TER admin to link the banner of your choice . Unless times have changed that was how
it was when I had a site. Also I recall that we had to list our website in the cool sites section . I am unsure if
listing is supposed to come first but I know for sure you can link to your reviews which is where you want to be.
The member jon area shows up when the reader who is not a TER member clicks to read the members only section
and of course joins. Good luck!
