Seeing alot of ads for nude body massage lately.  Is this type of massage legal?
Sounds good but just want to be sure it's legit.  Anyone got any thoughts/advice?

Thanks :)

Why ask such a question? Call LE if your worried
there are 100's of massage therapists in this city!

The strict rule is that if it's DIY -- not legs and tits rubbing someone off -- it's probably barely over the line of legal, especially if absolutely nothing is said and there's no upcharge.  but DIY providers often let clients touch them, which could be construed as sexual contact.  What's more, DIY is a slippery slope -- it's difficult to maintain the line of "no touching."    Another factor -- body massage operations tend to operate out of "locations" that some may view as bigger targets for LE.  IMHO, the safest operation from LE are the providers who properly screen, operate from safe and independent incall locations, and who operate as independents.   Even tho they offer full service, the level of scrutiny by LE is low and the likelihood of a bust is as well.
