Hey thanks for getting back to me on this post. I don't know maybe I am just way to paranoid lol. I was just looking into it and I said this would be a great tool for some maybe not real providers, but with someone with your reputation in the valley I think that I'll be less paranoid about providers using Google voice. Thanks Lexi stay beautiful doll.

I don't really understand what your concern is.  I use Google voice.  I use it because I get a separate number from my real-life number.  A great benefit for me is that telephone calls "announce" the name of a caller.  I don't take telephone calls--only text and emails.  So as soon as I get the "You have a call from ______", I send it directly to voice-mail.  If the client chooses to leave a message, I will text him back with the information I need.   The other benefit is that it also sends me an email message.  Since I can't mark a text message as "Unread", the email messages stay bolded until I have responded.  It serves as a "to do" list for me.

What is your thoughts when you find out that a provider is using Google voice non-fixed voip as their phone service. This is a benefit let us say if you got 5 employees working on something and with a single number being called now they all get the phone call or message and if their on the clock they can answer or message back. With Google voice they also record every time. It just seems well you know.

My current favorite provider doesn't us a GV number, but has a number on a certain texting app that she uses.  In reality, it is the same shit, used (I assume) by any reasonably competent provider to separate their "work life" from their "real life".  The alternative is to pay for a separate real phone number.....but.....not sure how to say this politely...providers that can afford multiple real phone numbers are totally out of my price range!!!

Many providers use google voice or other burner apps. So do many hobbyists. It's an easy way to get another phone number without physically getting another phone.
Business line for providers. "Hobby phone" for clients.
