Two meetings have gone up in flames?

Hi there,

What do you mean by "Two previous meeting have gone up in flames with her having something to do around that time"?

Were those dates confirmed? Why do you think it won't happen again? She seems a bit flaky to me... How far in advance did she cancel on you?

And are you saying she didn't ask you ANY questions or references at all, and confirmed that you were clear?

Just trying to gather some more info :)

I'm new so it has been very hard setting something up without references, but have found a well reviewed provider that is possibly willing. Two previous meeting have gone up in flames with her having something to do around that time. I'm going to try again, but thinking about it she didn't ask for any screening question or reference to start with. Is that a red flag, but she seems like the real deal on the site. ID 275068

Both we had a time and date and she just said that she had something else to do after the meeting time had gone by. I just told her I had no references and she didn't ask for anything else after that.

I would consider joining P411 or RS2K and increase your pool of options first of all.

The confirmation process sounds alarmingly off to me.  There should always be a confirmation without exception with both parties on board.  I understand you are fairly new according to your own definition but were the meetings confirmed 100% by both of you?  Is there any possibility you misinterpreted a possible date suggestion as a confirmed meeting?  If she has 82 reviews and her scores are more than respectable then there is a miscommunication going on somehow and she doesn't seem to be the kind of companion that blows off dates or it would come up in her TER profile with the reviews/scores.  Did she give you directions and information on where to meet her at her incall, or if she is meeting at your place she would need to confirm parking and other details on how to get into your building/community etc.  Did any of that communication take place?

I literally broke one of my wee little toes in two places 30 minutes before an extended date last week with one of my favorite clients due to moving a little too quickly and misjudging a step in my home in my heels.  Not only did I keep my date on time, but reached out the next day to my remaining dates last week including an overnight.  I gave everyone an out since I would be ever so slightly limping in my sexy heels (nobody noticed) and would have tape on two of my toes to tape the broken toe to the one next to it. Nobody cancelled and a good time was had by all with some pretty interesting gymnastic moves included haha, but I can't even begin to imagine contacting a fellow "after the meeting time had gone by" even with the excuse of a broken toe.   She sounds like a seasoned professional so something is off.  As professionals who make our money being super mindful of our schedules most of us will want to insure we are not wasting our time and we will proactively double check all dates. Is there any chance you misinterpreted that there was a solid date?  I'm not doubting your story but just suggesting that there was a misunderstanding in your communications.

But if she's flaked twice on you I'd move on. Sounds like you you're a back up plan for her. That's never a good thing. If you're in Phoneix, plenty of other great "newbie" friendly providers to see.

but this would be my last chance.  Opportunities to 'play' aren't easy to arrange & if she is blowing you off because she 'had something to do' that's unacceptable.  To waste your opportunities is just disrespectful.  Is she appologizing?  Is she offeriing to make it up to you?

Emergencies do happen...  but this is a pattern.

Remember too, this is not match . com you are only looking for a temporary GF...  not one to spend your life with.  It some ways I think it's better to get your newbie nerviousness out of the way with Ms. GoodEnoughForAnHour.
