A little surfing & sleuthing turned what definitely appears to be an agency, by the name of Blue's Latinas. (link below)
Now here's something I noticed about Jessica Diaz's profile: she has 3 reviews. One of her reviewers? Reviewed FIVE other ladies with that same phone number; he was the first reviewer for one of them.
No mention that any of the ladies are not independent. His first 2 reviews also shared the same number, and again, no mention that they weren't independent. Her first reviewer? That's the first, and so far only, review he has published. So, in the interest of safety, I would disregard both of those reviewers. Which leaves you with just one review, the one on top. This one is interesting to me You can PM him, but I personally think you should err on the side of caution and skip this one.

It's that she only has 3 reviews and very little online presence.
There are some unbelievably gorgeous women in this business, and many started out at a low price-point, so that alone really doesn't signify.
The same phone number, and linked BP ads, does seem to indicate she is working with an agency, group, booker, or manager. 
Personally, I wouldn't recommend taking a chance without further intel.
Post her link on your local Regional Board; maybe someone there has info on her or her group. 
If something gives you pause, what do you think the risk is? The pics aren't real, or it's a scam, or it's a setup by LE?

That is the only reviewer who seems completely legitimate to me.

yet she claims to be independent, that's a bit of a question.
Her photos are not all that revealing, though better than many. You could do some googling on them and see if they show up under other gals' names.
Other than that, and the fact that her rates for NYC are on the low side, nothing seems to be too amiss.
Better if she had more reviews.
If you have VIP, you could try contacting the 3 other guys who reviewed her and see if you learn anything
That's not always the case sweetie.. I kno when my cousin went from stripper to provider we shared a phone..Only cause I'm more seasoned and wanted to screen her calls for her..only cause she's my real cousin and didn't want nothing bad to happen to her..Now she's starting to take her own calls and getting the hang of things.
She has a different number on her site now, which AFAICT isn't linked to any one that I could see.

The reviews for that agency are not all "glowing" but on average they were pretty decent, with enough reviewers with plenty of reviews that prove the agency, and probably her are both legit.
Personally, I disagree with the consensus here, I think she looks plenty legit enough to book with if you like what you see. She may only have three reviews, but two of them are from reviewers with a pretty good history, and that is really what is important. One review from a credible reviewer is worth a dozen coming from unknowns.
She looks legit if her looks rev your motor...and it appears she delivers well BCD. 😎
