I was reading one of the posts recently and it made me think about my first experience in the hobby and how I got involved.  Im curious to know how and why you ladies got involved in this industry, what your first experience was like if you ever regret it?  As for the fellas, how they ended up starting in this hobby and what their overall experience has been and if they ever regret it as well?  For me, I clearly remember the first time many years ago.  It was for the excitement factor as it was something I've always wanted to try.  I started this hobby by visiting "shops" so it wasn't the best of experience.  After thousands of dollars and years of trial and error, I've realized that certain agencies and usually certain highly recommended independents are the way to go.  I only wish that I knew about TER back then. Please share your experiences.
