Does a provider fall off their top 100 if they haven't had a review in X number of months? A few of my favorites seemed to have fallen off their city's top 100 lists recently and I'm trying to figure out why.
If they don't have a review in 3 months they fall off the list. If they get a new review, they will be back on the list (provided she still qualifies as far as ratings.
There is also a minimum requirement of 20 reviews to get on the top lists.
