Sorry if you already have one of these and I haven't yet found it, in which case please point me in the right direction. As a new member, I've been learning by experience to navigate your site - sometimes by trial and error. If it's not too difficult for you to do, a site guide for new users and maybe even the more experienced members would be helpful. Access would be through a button on the menu bar. For example, in the provider listings there's a field for "notes." Is this for the provider to make notes about herself, or for the TER member to make notes for himself (and visible only to himself!) based on his impressions from reading the provider's reviews, etc. This is not patently obvious, and the latter could be a helpful feature. As a another example, I logged into Suzzi's chat session last Thursday and had to spend a few minutes figuring out the controls, such as how to change the pictures and whether there was any meaning to them, the colors, etc. Anyway, my 2 cents...
