So if Billberg doesn't have local talent, you should do a search for Hampton/Norfolk/VaBeach areas.  Lots of talent in that region, and no doub outcall to your location is possible.  PM me for a site that should be helpful.

the pickings are pretty slim. There's one lady named Ivy Marie (www.ivymarie.com) who used to have reviews on here, but seem to have disappeared (they were pretty good). She was pretty well reviewed too.  I haven't spent any time with her (prefer the hotties in DC), but she has a pretty good rep in this area and seems to be one of the more attractive ladies in the area.  she is an independent.  check out her site which gives directions on contact.
