They send me free nights all the time.
It seems like they have the best rewards, not just discounts, but FREE stuff.

My last few years coming to Vegas my hotel rooms have been free for at least 2/3 of the nights I stay each trip thought the M-life.

I do gamble a little when I'm in Vegas but  just wondering does anyone know which reward programs is better the m-life or the total rewards? I usually only come out for like 3-4 days and I usually stay at a ceasers resort so I'm a total rewards player I guess but I wd thinking next time staying at the mariage or something but not really sure is the rewards are any different or is one that much better then the other? I've just read the basics info off both m-life and total rewards and of course they both say how good they are and all the positive but is one easier to get I to higher tier? Last time I was at the Paris I moved on to the next level card after one day of play. I don't know how but they just said I could be upgraded so I took it.

If this isn't the right place to post this I'm sorry.

I'm hoping some locals might know more about these reward programs!

Personally I prefer Mlife because they have nicer resorts available and you can move up to different tiers quite easily. Total rewards has more casinos nationwide and more offers.  I just like resorts owned by the MGM group a lot more!!

I am not sure how the rewards work - but I prefer the selection of MGM properties over the Harrahs.

As a result, I find myself using the MGM Mlife card more and seen to get decent offers. I am not a high or even low roller.

Only advice I have is concentrate all your playing (gambling) to one company.....and play a little at the others.

i.e. for a 10,000 bank roll....8500.00 for MLife, and splatter the other 500 at wynn, 500 at Venetian and plazzo and 500 for Harrahs.

Of course personally if I had 10000, I would gamble with only 50 and use the rest on nice ladies of TER and some good food.

I was a platinum player at Total Rewards for a number of years, but I switched to the Venetian/Palazzo.  Their requirements are a bit higher, but the rooms are unbelievable, the restaurants are fantastic and the spa is superb.  I have found that Caesars Entertainment properties have gotten a bit run down, except for Caesars Palace, but I just don't like it there.  If you have 10k, I would bet $100 minimum blackjack with a goal of losing either 5k or winning anywhere from 2,500 to 5,000 and then spend the rest on escorts.  They are the best buy in Vegas and will leave you with memories that will last a lifetime and fantasies that you can masturbate to forever.

I think it's more about personal preferences.  I like to stay at certain properties when I visit Vegas, so the Red Card (Wynn/Encore) and BConnected are my current favorites.  I'm not a big gambler, but even at the lower tiers, I still receive comped rooms and a few other perks.  In fact, my upcoming visit in May is being comped by the Wynn/Encore and the Orleans.

My local casino is a Total Rewards casino, so I also get nice Vegas offers which I use occasionally.

I prefer having the mlife card. You get great discounts for all shows, cirque, blueman, etc and a free seat upgrade upon getting to the second tier level.  Charge everything to your room and you'll receive 25 points for every $1 you spend.

As a gold member you get priority access to the day pool at the MGM and at all the night clubs at their hotels.  The biggest benefit is being a platinum member where you get front of the line for taxis and first up for valet. I use to wait over an hour in the taxi lines at the MGM on a late weekend night.
