Due to growing family obligations, it appears that my time at TER is drawing to a close. This prompts 2 questions:
1) Is it possible to suspend a VIP membership (for re-activation at a later date), in case I am able to return to the hobby within a year or so?
2) If I am unable to suspend my VIP membership, can I donate my days of VIP status to another member?

Just to be clear on this, while the moderators can provide some assistance, remember that TER is "split" into two seperate, virtually unreleated worlds.
The reviews and VIP membership issues are managed solely by the "staff." The discussion boards, on the other hand, are provided by TER but it's really up to each city that has one to "do their own thing" and provide a volunteer moderator--who is a local hobbyist, not someone affiliated with TER in any way.
Just keep that in mind when trying to address review or membership issues here on the boards... Those issues really have to be worked through TER.
