I once saw a provider who charged $1K per hour with a 2 hour minimum. She required no reviews. A disappointment does not begin to describe the experience.
Real models and work here as side job, they don't come on TER aboard often or never come here at all. As the lovely Robbin stated, it does depend on a person's income and what that person perceives to be "high end." Think Coach vs. Prada. Both quality products, both look good (for the most part, LOL!) but a definite price difference between the both. (Side note: my $800 steel boned corset from AP has broken and been replaced three times now, while my $40 FoH one is just as flattering and has been worn HARD and still as sexy as can be!)
Anyone can create a "high end" persona and get very flattering photos in a lovely hotel suite and talk about one's education and world travels and knowing Charlie Trotter (RIP!) and photoshop the bottom of one's shoes red to stage oneself as "high end." One may hire someone else to write the copy on her/his website and even pay someone to submit reviews on his/her behalf commenting how s/he is the bee's knees. And in doing so...voilà! The "high end" image has been created.
I'm not saying that this is what happens often...I'm just saying that it can easily be done.
I know many escorts who do not charge more than 400$/hr--especially to their regular clientele or travel companions--and I consider them to be intelligent and high end, quality PEOPLE overall. This is what matters to me, while to others, the novelty of trying something $$$$$$ vs. $$$$ is a turn-on and curiosity worth paying for.

and in my beginning days in the hobby, I've seen ladies $1000+ (porn stars and pricy ladies) to my hearts content, I obviously wasn't asking a newbie question but rather trying to see what other people thought what high end means.
My highest per hour rate paid was 3000/hr with a UTR celebrity a few years ago. She did get generous the 2nd time I saw her and gave me 2 hours for the same price. I have also seen a number of pricy girls from friends of provider friends recommendations some of them don't even have a TER profile because they don't want to officially be an escort.
Are girls who are $3000/hr 10 times better than a girl charging $300/hr? I know the answer to that first hand. Maybe you do too. My answer would be yes and no. If you want to be in the 'high end club' , yes it gives you bragging rights. If you must see that hot celeb/ps you've always to bang, then it's a yes. However, if all I want is a good service with a hot girl and not get ripped off by blowing a day or twos wage, then the answer would be no.
I have met with quite a number of so called "high end" girls at 1500+ hr who aren't any better than my local regulars working for an agency. So what exactly is high end? In the beginning I thought it equated to better service, better performance, higher quality girl, and 2x~10x better looks. I've found that it isn't necessarily so, it makes you think, if you really think about it... For me, it really boils down to the attitude of the girl and maybe a few other factors.
