near the red & white life preserver). You will find lots of helpful information there including the policies about posting only one ad per 7 days on your local TER regional ad board. Another good thing to know is that you can post a link to your website or ad whenever you reply to a post but NOT when you start a post like you did here.

Interact with those on your regional board and guys will get to know you, check out your site or ad and then some veteran guy will take a chance (called TOFTT) to see you and hopefully write a glowing review of your time together.

 Good luck to you.

Thank you!  Everyone has been very helpful!

I just signed up and use BP to post ads but do I wait until someone reviews me to link it to my TER account

Hi Mia! Welcome to the business. I'm only a few months old myself. To answer your question, yes. You have to have reviews for you to be able to link to them. If you suspect you might have some, head to the top of the page and select "reviews". Click search reviews or new reviews and enter your provider info. If you see your name and think the review to be yours, click "link to this review". Good luck!

You do not have a profile to link to your handle until you get your first review.  At that time, admin will create your profile page based on the info that the reviewer has provided.  After that happens, you contact TER admin and ask to have your profile linked to your handle.  You can also ask for limited VIP membership which will allow you to read the juicy details of your reviews, to read those of others, you will have to get paid VIP membership.

Best advice so far is to read the self help manual, it has lots of useful info for you.
