How do I find out my ter #ID. And how do I link with my p411 account ? And is there a email link where I could submit my age verification ?

Do you see any "hits" that are you? If you do, open the Profile and your TER ID is in the top section of your Profile. As a made-up example:
Queen Victoria's Profile
Rating 9.42 (Looks 9.5 / Performance 9.33)
TER ID: 999999

...you'll find them following his advice. If you don't have any reviews you don't have a TER ID#. TER will assign you one when one of your clients submits a review, it is approved, and then posted. Hopefully the reviewer will place your web site link (if you have one) and your P411 link in your profile when he submits the review. Here on TER the first reviewer sets you profile using the information from your site and any ads plus your P411 info. You can contact TER and have them add any information he left out or stated incorrectly. Be prepared to prove you are the provider the profile is for.
