I have two regulars that are older guys and not a lot comes out.
then there's been a handful of clients that also that happens to its always the older ones
anyways my experience not one of them ever mentioned it before the fact to me.
I would just wait till after you're done and say oh yeah not alot comes out for me,
but that was great, thank you now I'm going to go use your shower
don't mention it beforehand that's just being annoying and definitely don't email about it that's being annoying too.
we don't care if you come or you don't come if your dick gets up or it doesn't get up
trust me you may think she cares but none of them do so just don't worry about it don't waste your breath bringing it up
just go and enjoy being sensual and don't bring up any talk about details
she will just say oh that's okay honey,! :-)
what do you think she's going to say no nevermind I don't want to do the appointment with you?
guarantee she has 10 to 15 guys she seen this year that have the same dilemma as you---
I know I've seen it a million times and none of the people bring it up and its just totally not even a big deal so don't worry about it honey and don't bring it up there not going to car

I had surgery for prostate cancer a couple of years ago, and have had great results with TriMix injections. My TER profile is full of BBJTCIM reviews. I'm seeing a provider in a couple of days who offers that service and reads the hobbyists prior reviews. My question is whether I should tell her in advance that my orgasms are dry? If so, should I email her in advance, rather than making an awkward statement at the beginning of the session (or worse, with my pants around my ankles)? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Some girls are squeamish about CIM and don't do it. But for us prostatectomy guys, it's full speed ahead!

Definitely tell her, she'll know she won't have to duck.

Of all the bad things that happen after prostatectomy, this is the one good thing :)

It won't be as awkward is you imagine, plus many women don't like to be too explicit in emails.

And it worked out well.

...i'd say you don't have to or maybe shouldn't. Anyone I've seen where their o's were also dry they didn't even mention it until we were very "comfortable" during the date. :).

I'm a 12 year pc survivor (prostate seeds protocol) and use 100mg Viagra.  I always have a chat with the provider at the start of the session (not in advance, always in person) and 100% of the time the lady has been understanding and empathetic.
