I have two regulars that are older guys and not a lot comes out.
 then there's been a handful of clients that also that happens to its always the older ones
anyways my experience not one of them ever mentioned it before the fact to me.
I would just wait till after you're done and say oh yeah not alot comes out for me,
but that was great, thank you now I'm going to go use your shower
don't mention it beforehand that's just being annoying and definitely don't email about it that's being annoying too.

I had surgery for prostate cancer a couple of years ago, and have had great results with TriMix injections. My TER profile is full of BBJTCIM reviews. ...i'd say you don't have to or maybe shouldn't. Anyone I've seen where their o's were also dry they didn't even mention it until we were very "comfortable" during the date. :).
