I always do in calls because it is usually more convenient for me and the ladies but I am thinking about doing my first out call and I wanted to know if the ladies have a preference for the type of hotels/motels that they visit for out calls? This is my first time and I don't want to make any rookie mistakes. I will not spend the night at the hotel/motel. Just there to be entertained. A pump and dump location.Lol
Then make an arrest. It's much safer to use a hotel with a lobby. Let her know you're in the parking lot. When she gives you the room # just walk through the lobby like you own it, go to the elevator and have fun.
Not to be pedantic, but what you're describing is an incall, OP seems to be asking about outcall. Khakis a little too tight today?
Quite frankly I was about to point out the same thing.
That said, a lot of providers will shy away from a motel on an outcall as well for the very same reason. So even when hosting I would try to stay away from booking a motel where the doors open out to the parking lot.
There is some ambiguity of incall vs outcall in some situations.
If you have her come to your hotel, that's an outcall for her.
If she has you come to her hotel, that's an incall for her.
If you have her book a hotel, not her ordinary incall location, it might seem like an outcall to her and an incall to you.
So in some situations incall vs outcall is who got their first.
I don't think there is any ambiguity. Incall/outcall is always from the provider's perspective.

Most gals get at least a 3 star, such as a Courtyard by Marriott, and many get 4 star hotels.
You should stick to those for safety's sake
Get a hotel not a motel where you can drive up to your door.Motels are not discreet and depending on where it is some are not too safe.
Thanks for all of the help! I have visited a few ladies at motels and I usually felt uncomfortable for reasons already mentioned.
I much prefer motels with separate entrances from the rooms to the parking lot. There are so many of them in my hobby area that it would be impossible for LE to watch them all. Yes, if a place has a bad rep or a bad history or is sleazy and in a bad location stay away. But there are many very nice motels in my area. I would even say upscale. Nice suites with kitchenettes, etc. Just look at the parking lot. If it's full of decent cars its a decent place to stay. One of the most expensive UTR providers in my area always uses a place like this. And I've used them too when hosting dates with providers and SBs. I hate waliking thru a hotel lobby, just gives me the creeps! Yes I've learned how to do it like I own the place, but I still don't like it. I'm more comfortable in a motel, espcially if I selected it, or if I know the lady has the sense to select a good one.
I will not do a call to a motel unless a ridiculously thorough screening is administered.
Hotels are also iffy, anything that requires a key card or name to enter is not my flavor, unless your upscale apartment has a lobby guy that calls up for security, or your complex has a security booth to enter. As I said, I'm usually pretty easy going about residential locations.
I will also call your room to make sure you are actually present bedore I even leave my location and waste any of my time.
women are the least weary about :
1) residences, homes, apartments
2) hotels they personally suggest 
(ask casually places they like or would suggest because you honestly aren't familiar.
I prefer, when possible, to do outcalls (have her visit me) if the hotel I'm in looks and feels OK. I've done incalls to her hotel on occasion. Yes, it's a bit more risky. There's little increased risk if she's a well-known and well-reviewed lady. There's a lot more risk (my opinion) if she's on BP with no reviews and you haven't done due diligence.
I've done the motel thing a couple of times and have no desire to do it again. You're standing at an outside door in front of the entire parking lot knocking on a door and waiting for her to open it up. There's little opportunity to do a "go-around" if you're standing there and a family of four comes out of the adjacent room heading for Cracker Barrel. I've been followed by someone who literally entered the room right next to the provider's room. One other time, there was obvious drug commerce going on in the parking lot and in adjacent rooms. I bailed from that one.
