So it's been just over a month now since my handle turned red here, and I wanted to make a little "state of the newbie board address."

Some of you may have noticed that I haven't posted very much. Hopefully you don't think I am neglecting my new duties. I read every single post on this board, but I don't feel the need to reply on every thread. I don't think that is the host's job, and I don't believe that is TER's intention for a host either.  

I will reply on a thread if nobody has replied yet and I feel like I have a good answer. I will reply on a thread that has replies already, but I still feel I have something to add, whether it is an additional opinion, or a correction or disagreement to another reply. I will usually reply to a thread if it is about TER policy. I don't feel the need to reply to a thread where some of the highly unpaid assistants already gave good answers. I will report posts that don't belong here.  

This board is for experienced providers and clients to share opinions with the inexperienced, and it seems to be functioning well. There was that one little trainwreck a couple weeks ago, but I think even that worked out well.

Thanks to all the highly unpaid assistants. Keep up the good work. Know that I am here even if behind the scenes, and I am always available by PM.
