I just went down the list of p411 providers in Minnesota.  8 of the first 10 on the list say "bisexual.

posting a thread on your regional board to see which providers are open to seeing a woman. Like mentioned above, just because someone's profile says really bi doesn't mean they are comfortable seeing another woman one on one. but that should give you a good indication of which ones are up to it and which ones aren't.

Although lopaw met her while touring, she gave an excellent review of Akiya TER ID: 150180 who is based in Phoenix (in 2014). I can't find current ads or info. Maybe you can PM lopaw to ask if Akiya is still around but UTR (Under the Radar).  

So Phoenix isn't totally dry, but you might have missed this one by a year or two.

A lot of Providers who do duos with another Provider (FMF) will claim "really bi" but the duo sessions are often just tag team events, except for the obligatory double BJ, and no F-F fun

You can narrow your search by looking for providers who have FMF doubles reviews. They're easy to spot because they're under two names, joined with "and".  Look at the Juicy Details (if you don't have VIP, get it) and see what's said about how the ladies played together.  For me, reviews were a reliable predictor of how "bi" the providers are.  

Another predictor is how MANY doubles reviews a provider has. I've found the more reviews, the more into women playmates she tends to be.  For example, my ATF is really, really bi and it's clear from her doubles reviews and even her ads. And she loves getting female clients.  But she's far away from Phoenix and doesn't tour.

You are right about some of the Phoenix websites which is why some of us clearly spell out our interest in seeing ladies. deviant_girl - you'll find that the vast majority of providers do see women clients. The challenge is in sifting thru them to find the right one(s) for you. Like impposter noted, many claim to be bisexual when in fact at best they are gay-for-pay. If you are ok with that, then you will find a vast supply of those types of escorts. Most ladies, myself included, insist on seeing providers that are genuinely bisexual and truly enjoy the experience. They are not just going thru the motions. I would advise not even bothering looking at the profiles here on TER for that info- it is likely wrong. You will have to rely on her personal website, and often a well worded email to her will give you your answer. What I have found in my relatively short time in this hobby is that more and more providers are addressing their clientele preferences on their websites, which is greatly appreciated and saves gals like us alot of time.

AFA the doubles thing.....I'm on the fence about that. It is far too easy for a pair of gay-for-pay providers to double for a guy and completely snow him on how "authentic" they were. It's not a useless tool....just use it with extreme caution and a major grain of salt.

Also check out the Phoenix ads to see if anyone catches your eye. From there you can PM her or email her if she doesn't include any relevant info in her ad about girl-friendliness.

Lastly, I think that P411 is a great way to get started .
