ladies still advertize on B P.  But I start my search on TER & use other info to check her pictures & additional info available.
I have looked at your site.  The thing that would keep me from booking is you don't have any front view pictures.  What you have is good but one of my criterion is enough pictures that, taken in total, I feel confident I know what she looks like naked.  Need not be explicit.  A variety of poses, dress & undress.  Rarely do I feel 6 is enough but with the right mix, 10 can do it.

I'm hoping there are a couple girls who have dealt with this issue, but I'm definitely open to hobbyist views.

I'm new to my online site game (began in March?) after being in the business since last August minus a few winter months off, and things are picking up relatively well. Before I put up my site I was on BP. I have more upscale clients now but not quite enough to quit posting to BP.

Hobbyists: Does whether a provider is posted on Backpage affect if you choose her even if she's reviewed?

Providers: If you've had this issue, how do you transition to online bookings? And how do you meet clients outside of ads?

Thanks for the feedback love :)

It was my first time modeling at all so I'm glad you mentioned that. I have another shoot this week so I'll definitely keep that in mind! Anything else you can think of? I really could use some outside feedback.

wastelands so BP might be the best option. However, like HV, if I can't confirm a provider's appearance/performance to my liking by reading reviews, then I will pass.

Have you tried registering with P411?    If not, I highly recommend it.  :-)

Also, advertising here on your local Ad Board will help increase your visibility among TER guys so do that every 7 days.... it will definitely help you get established on this site.

For advertising, Eros can be very good but expensive.  Slixa is another possibility.

There are other message board sites like this one where you can post free ads too, so you may want to look into that.

Please feel free to PM me anytime if I can be of any further help.  Good luck!  :-)

so as long as a gal has good reviews, it's not a problem.

BP is a bit of a red flag for me because I associate it with B&S schemes and I know it draws attention from Uncle LEO.  Some of that is based on personal experience, some is just reputation.

So if I knew a girl was on BP, it would give me pause.  I'm not sure if it would be a deal breaker or not.  But it would definitely discourage me from seeing her.

That being said, in most cases I would probably not know that a girl was on BP because I don't use BP at all.  For the most part, I use P411 and TER to search for providers.  If I see someone I like, those sites will also lead me to her personal web site, which is another thing I like to see - more pics, more info.  In the past, I've also used Eros to search around.  But I just use Eros as a rough screening tool.  If I find someone on Eros and can't also find them on TER or P411, there's a good chance I'll just take a pass.

Also, just FYI I agree with harborview's assessment of pics.  If they're all at unusual angles or with unusual lighting, not showing a particular part of the body, that's usually a good tipoff that there's something amiss.

Back to BP...  You are the one in charge of your small business here, but I would really encourage you to ditch BP as soon as you feel the business is running well enough to do without it.  Obviously more realistic for a large metro area versus the "wastelands".  Ads on BP draw too much attention from LEO, especially if you're in an area that relies on tourism.  And some of LEO's BP targeting is complaint driven.  Some nosy Nancy sees a BP ad for their town, calls to complain, and then LEO sets up a sting so they can say they are responsive to community complaints.  It's obviously up to you, but I think you're best off cutting the BP cord as soon as you're able to.

As a customer, I've graduated from using BP as a primary source. However, BP is where I learned about TER. I wondered what it meant that someone's listing said "review #12345" and investigated. I sometimes look at BP just out of curiosity to see who's cross-posting. (What can I say, I'm interested in marketing 🙄). In the Boston area, there are a few established (8 range in scores) providers who occasionally post on BP, I assume to supplement their TER ads. Also some visitors post. Then there are the people who list their TER # in an effort to stand out, but their in the 5-6 range. (A non-VIP, lacking access to scores, wouldn't know that, so I'm sure it helps them.)
In short, it can't hurt.
BTW, I first thought "transitional issues" referred to a different sort of transition...

As several have alluded to, there are several cities that don't get a bunch of premiere providers who visit.  TER does a decent job but it is mostly for larger cities.  BP for the most-part has become a scam for fake pics, bait and switches.  However, I do peruse BP when I have the urge and I have found that some upscale provider do not always post on TER when they are in certain cities.  When I see a ad posted on BP, the first thing I look for is if her TER ID is posted, if it is not, then I Google her number.  9 times out of 10 if she has a TER profile then it will come up on Google.  From there it's all about the quality of her reviews, and verifying picture authenticy etc.

To answer your question, as long as the provider has her TER ID/P411/Date-Check info posted then it really doesn't bother me that she posted on BP as well.  Honestly it is a good way to maximize your potential profits.

P. S. I recently saw a profile that had a screen shot of a ladies review as well as her TER ID.  The TER profile did not match the pictures on the BP ad, so it was clear to see that the provider was a bait and switch.  Just throwing it out there that that happens.

Hi Vaneesa.  You raise a very good question but I think you're fine posting on both.  I would say rates matter more so than where you advertise.  If a provider rates are too cheap I stay away.  Good luck oit here.  From the looks of your reviews you are a great provider who enjoys what she does.  You shouldnt have a problem getting clients.  Hope you travel to the Carolinas sometim

In fact, I usually start my search there, and if an ad piques my interest, I will do my research to make sure the lady is legit.  I should add that there are several very upscale providers in my area who still advertise on pageback.
