Don't do it....hooked up with a very well reviewed young provider.Got to know her,met her son, visited her personel home,
even met her landlord.Felt comfortable giving her a small advance
($500)for future appointments. Two days later she decides to quit
the biz.She promised me she would pay me back and even kept in touch for a while reminding me she would pay me when she can.
well no $ yet. This activity is full of flakes(from both sides),
so just keep it as a pay as you go situation. No advances,no gift until the actual meet.Don't learn the hard way....

I'm considering flying a gal in from the east coast. She says she'll have a session immed after landing. I believe her but know how hard it is for these girls to keep an appt. Question is....how do I get the ticket so that if she doesn't show...i dont eat it. A refundable ticket would be in effect sending her the cash. Any and all ideas appreciated

I am no travel agent but I think if you pay for the ticket with your credit card if it gets refunded it goes back to your credit card.  But this would also require her to give you her real name so when she checks in at the airport as the ticketed passenger her gov. issued ID will match, do not know how many providers will be willing to do that, especially on a first time visit

For this reason she may just request you to send her money in the form or a deposit to cover the cost of the airline ticket.  Could she screw you, oh yea, but then again if she is well reviewed I would have no problem doing it.  Luckily I live in LA!!

Good Luck!

If she's well reviewed, then take a chance. Her reputation is important to her so the odds are in your favor. But, there are no guarantees. If she stands you up, pick your face up from the floor, chalk it up to the game and submit an apprpriately accurate review on her.

good question and better replies. as i stated in another post here, i work with a few models and even sometimes fly a few in...  rarely but i do. in both instances, i paid for the ticket and was SCREWED beyond the call of duty!! the tickets were supoosedly cancelled as in both cases the girls "couldn't" devote the time...  the tickets were never cancelled and total fares were over $500 which i lost. no recourse though i used my CC..  cuz i LIVE overseas!! in ur case, you MAY have recourse cuz ur in the USA. ask first!!! then go by your feelings...  oh, i once scheduled a shoot with a nationally well-known fetish model, who bragged online she would be soon shooting with me. when i arrived in their area we spoke several times by fone working out details. she stood me up!!! never a word from her!!! the last talk was by cell just hours previous to our meeting & shooting!! it doesn't happen often but it does happen. get some insurance from her she WiLL appear...  talk to past clients if possible. probably wont need it but good to have!! good luck and enjoy!!!

Have you seen all the girls in your area? I fly for free where do you live? Anyway I do fly free but I do not travel. Sorry. If your going to be paying her way, the least she can do is give her real name. A credit card protects you. If she is a quaility provider she will undersatnd that. There has to be some give on her part or she can pay the ticket herself and you will reimburse her when she arrives. I would however send her a deposit to show your real intentions if that is the case. Good luck.

I'm no rocket scientist, but if you need her bad enough to fly her in, why are you worrying about money?   If it's your ego at risk, you can get locals to stand you up much cheaper.

One of life's risks [shrug] Maybe you can find a bookie who will write you an insurance policy.

This gets too close to financial slavery for this boy's taste; and that's not a relationship I get off on.

Why don't you fly to her and have a plan B if she is a no show.

If it's a first time meeting then this can be a tricky issue but if she's well reviewed then she has a lot to lose if she messes you around.

I never pay for flights etc up front of a meeting if it's with somebody I've never met.  All sorts of things can happen at the client's end and I wouldn't want to be out of pocket if he changes his mind.  I think this is simply good sense.  On the one occasion I had to cancel an overseas appointment I refunded the deposit and lost the money I'd paid for the ticket.  Any reputable provider would do the same, I believe.

If she's reputable you should be OK.

If you have frequent flier miles you can use those. They have no cash value and if she doesn't show you can change or cancel the ticket. While you can put someone else's name on a ticket when you use your miles, you still remain in control of the ticket.

If you don't have enough miles most airlines let you purchase miles.
