Yep, I had a client who showed up with a huge Prince Albert and couldn't wait for a little BJ action. I gave it the old college try but when he nearly knocked a filling out, I said "whoa, Buster! You've got a choice-- either that thing goes or I do!" Given those options, he couldn't get it out fast enough.. and slipped it right back in when the action was over. I have been with a couple of providers who have had there genitalia done, I didn't think to ask whether it helps. I figure a decision in this direction is purely an individual one. I met someone whose boob piercing appeared to be sore as she sometimes leaks and is I am told likely infected. To each his own and whatever floats your boat.

~I actually had a regular, until recently... that had a prince albert and then some. (It was actually a challenge to remember the cost of my smile) as he was really an awesome guy... however, I never could truly lose myself in oral as I had a fear of my enamel being damaged. As for the ultimate act, I just did as I often do in another profession... double glove. *LOL* I started with a regular condom for him and added a female for myself.. .just in case but thanks to Astroglide and plenty of excitement it never had a problem.
