Not tons, but they exist. For example, in my area which is much smaller than Chicago, there's at least a half dozen providers on P411 who offer massage (usually exchange massage) and HJs and nothing else sex-wise--ok, maybe DATY but that could be considered a form of massage, right? 
P411 also allows you to indicate you're an RMT, if that's the case.
NYE might be correct about P411. Personally I don't recall seeing massage only providers on the site but I am only usually looking at the small number of P411 profiles for Hawaii. Maybe in bigger markets they do have massage girls listed. Wouldn't hurt to check.
Another ad option for you might be myproviderguide. They definitely do have a massage section. Cityvibe may also be a viable option. You may also want to post your question on the Chicago regional board, where you might get better answers from people in your area, vs a national board like this. Like others have said, you should get on P411, there are other ladies that offer sensual massages only, or Nuru massage seems to be the latest thing, I saw one ladies ad for Bondassage which sounded very hot.
