I love it, and it's free. It took me about 3 hours to make it. There's a ton of templates to choose from and there's some cool free add-ons and paid add-ons too.

I don't know if it's provider friendly, but I've had it for about 2 years and no problems.

It's provider and agency friendly, but not free (24$USD/month). It does come with a lot of cute temples and handy built in things, like a built in screening page. Plus it hosts your domain name and website anonymously and offshore.

We used Aphrodite Design and she did a fantastic job capturing the theme we wanted. She was very quick and easy to work with...oh, and inexpensive compared to many others..
