The ability to get an erection is there for four hrs. for sure. Never had it stay up, but erotic thoughts within that time period get it up, but it doesn't last without mental or physical stimulation.

Like one other poster said, I kept getting erections only after being stimulated but not continuously. Problem was too many side effects. Cialis has been my silver bullet.
