Know of any good Provider 401K plans? And can they contribute to Social Security? It's providing fantasies, not selling Amway...sheesh!
There is a big difference between going UTR (under the radar) and retiring. In both instances providers should have a transition plan. It is much more harder to retire if you don't have a transition plan. You won't have guys available to keep your sexual appetite that you are accustomed to. You will find dealing with civilians to be much more harder than dealing with hobbyists.
There is also an economic impact of retiring. Make sure that you have the proper skill sets and/or career to fall back on. Otherwise you will be lured back into the hobby.
If you retire for what ever reason. Remind yourself why you retired. This business is not for everyone.

even doing it a couple times a year is better than winning the lottery
They should retire if they don't enjoy what they are doing. Some providers spend so much on tickets, drugs, and other things that they never end saving any money.
Others will retire when they make a commitment to a certain lifestyle that requires changes.
