I've done doubles with two new Ladies or with my ATF.
Either way you can't go wrong.
Ask up front about the level of girl on girl action, because some Ladies will do 3somes, but are not Bi, so if you are expecting it and it doesn't happen, you might be disappointed.

First you ask one of them then you ask the other. You could ask each if they have someone they like to work with, etc. and maybe find common ground. Then if that doesn't workout, possibly suggest a playmate. There are details to work out like who travels, etc but really, just start the conversation.
