You are correct in all of your findings..It is very frustrating for us as well. However, you didnt give us a means to soothe the problem ? Have any ideas ?


Its a shame that there are muggers, rapists, men kill escorts and that the Po PO have nothing better to do than arrest people having sex.. you are correct. but instead of venting here. Contact your local Senate, chamber of commerce or just go to Capital Hill ! :)

We all gripe,hobbyists and providers alike..however one thing is never clear..

How do the hobbiests think we should go about making sure we are safe !..


Id really like to hear your ideas.. then us providers will lash out at you later.Nothing like a good TER lashing on a Thursday to end my week ;) (im really kidding )

Ask for their work number. Than call their work and say your a credit company and need to verify employment. Ask them when they come to bring a business card and ID. As long as they match you should be OK. Incall get a room with a front view so youcan see them pull up in a car. Plus ask for previous providers and get up with them to see how they are.

You know, the only issue with this is in the instance where you're an independent consultant working there on a temporary basis.  In that situation you may not have a business card, and if the escort calls up asking if you're employed it may not work as you're technically not an employee.

It's too bad there's not a more general/consistent way of doing these checks...as I've (several times) been very willing but then can't provide the exact info they're wanting (like the above post).  :(

if I do outcall to a home, my clients always call someone up to tell them to check in a couple hours.

They tell me that I should always leave a note on my dresser stating who I am with to rip up later.

I also am on good terms with someone who checks in on me if I have an incall place

Get a phone with GPS-enabled technology and tell at least one friend where you are going and call her back when you are leaving. Now, if he's some serial killer crazy fuck, you're dead, but you can help the people catch the bastard. The guys all of you need to worry about is not so much the one-timers. but guys who you see regularly and may befriend. Statistically, most people are killed by people who know them and whom they "trust" to a certain degree. Anyone can "create" a persona that "checks out" and can fool you, me or anyone with the right effort.

as scary as it sounds, I watch out more for the first timers

but you are right ---as a past bf recently found out from my website that I am an escort (one of the bikini photos on my site is was given to him)

and is livid. He is even hinting that I have enough money to help him out.

I think I am going to buy ADT system for the house as this hobby has given my more respectful men w/ cleaner criminal history than my neighbors

Martha S. and her daughter are the biggest freaks in NY and when Martha had her GPS-enable Ho Chain on, even Sam Waksal could find her and he's in some up-state luxury hotel with guards. I think we need to work on a more stylish version that we can lease to ladies. I will get investors to buy us sattelite time and we can set up a national call center to track the ladies when they are on appointments. Shit, this sounds better all the time, you in?

The problem with asking for a work number is not all of us Hobbyist WORK, some of us are retired so now how are you going to call our work and verify us?

Oh yeah call another Provider we have seen, problem here is MOST other Providers never return a Providers calls, so now what?

When is all this crap going to stop?

Another thing, somoene said on one of these verify post way back that if a Hobbyist does not have X number of "reviews" listed then don't see him, that too is crap as a lot of us don't do a lot of reviews.

So now what?

Why not have some trust here people?  

Remember it is always the Provider who demands proof of who we are, what if us Hobbyist demand proof of who YOU the Provider are?

Show me your drivers license Ma'am.  Take me to your car and show me your registration too while we are checking you out.

Hey fair is fair.

I contacted one Provider who wanted to call my home to verify me, she did not care that I was married and the wife might be home or even answer the phone.  SHEESH gals give us a break here.

You can decide how much info you want to give.  If you can't meet the provider's requirements, then don't see her.  There are always other providers.

People at either extreme of the verification issue (clients insisting on giving little or no info, and providers requiring too much info) will not get very far, or will have to go to great effort.

It only takes one murderer for someone to be dead.  Assuming that one wants to stay "un-dead", it's safe to say that one would want to take measures to avoid that one murderer, no matter what the ratio is of murderers to trusted people.

What makes you think I have not contacted them about the unfairness of things?

Now I will tell a true life story and it will be short, one Provider here asked me to park in front of her place, once in things started off so so but it was not to be a GFE, in fact after about 20 minutes it was OUT, PAY ME and OUT and I have your license number, home phone etc. so if you say anything bad I will call your SO and the cops etc.

Need I say more?

All it takes is one sour apple to make me a little but less trusting yet the Providers I see know I am honest, not a rapist, strangler, murderer etc.

As for providing another way around some of the questions you ask, one would be as someone mentioned, meet in public first, if you feel ok go for it, if not send him on his way.  There is at least one Provider that does that with every first date.

I can give cell number out, I can unblock that phone so name shows, no problem.  I have given out names of other Providers I have seen but as I said most of you gals don't call them and say he is ok or stay away from so and so.

Trust is a two way street.

Karrie we have spoken in chat a few times as well as a few other gals.  

I understand where all of you are cuming from, I agree your life is worth protecting and so are ours.

Ciara, do you contact some of the indies a gentleman has reviewed in order to verify him (if he gives you a handle)?   Do you ask them for a physical description?  I hope you do - what's to stop him from using a friend or a perfect stranger's handle?  Do you send him a private message through TER's mail system after he's e-mailed you or called you?

What if he isn't a member here?  Different review boards predominate in different areas of the USA, as you must know.  

Also...do you think the knights in blue don't have handles registered on review boards?

I do not use message boards for screening. My way of screening works for me. I havent been busted in ** years. Yeah.. 2 digits. Other girls that have tried my ways, havent been busted either. Get off your very low alias horse and get with the REAL program. Yours apparently isnt working being that you need an alias to post sheer and utter bullshit.
