Swim, it really is time for you to step away from this job. You should have done it a while ago when you could have left with your head up. At you current rate, sooner or later you will be dragged from here your tail between your legs. Making an honest mistake once in a while is one thing. Being blatantly wrong so often on so many topics, while your name is in red is preposterous.

I want to preface this question by explaining that I am not a newbie. However, my question is in a realm I have little knowledge of due to the helpful reviewers of TER. I noticed a lady advertising who has one review by someone who has reviewed three other girls. When I googled the phone number it got flagged by the website Escort Police as being used in a sting. My question, is this website valid? As soon as I saw it I immediately cancelled my session. Should I reschedule?  Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

.....that info may be used by the bait and switch  escort police website.  It's a scam to get you to click on dating profiles, etc.  I had to switch numbers the last time I posted on BP because of it.

Super frustrating but nothing to be worried about as a hobbyist.

Do pay attention to No Yellow Envelope, Ashley, and Devin. They are correct. Also, do pay attention to reviews and other research methods that you normally would use to vet providers. There have been numerous posts on these type sites on the newbie board, (How the Newbie host missed them all is beyond me!) There have also been threads on the general board, RO board, and many regional boards.
I personally have seen a few ladies whose names pop up on those scam sites. There are many well reviewed TER ladies on those sites. The sites mine backpage and some other escort malls and just post the info they find on the ads, (i.e. Phone numbers) and say the provider is affiliated with LE. As Ashley mentioned, they are fronts for adult dating sites. Their message is basically "Why hire an escort who might arrest you when you can sign up for our site and meet all these great women for free."
As Devin mentioned they also blackmail providers by charging to have their info removed

If a lady finds herself on there and contacts the webmasters to have her info removed, she is told that she'll have to pay a fee to do so. They basically pull numbers off of other sites and extort people. It's pretty whack. Try and reschedule, and explain to her what happened.

I have an ATF provider who explained to me how it works.  They troll for provider's phone numbers, put them on their site to scare away business, and then extort money from the girls to get the number removed from the list. Very dirty business practice, but rest assured, the are not really associated with the police in any way. (My ATF's number is on their site, and she is an awesome provider)

Being a newbie here, I am still researching, but this is good info. Thanks.

Hence why you never post your number.....

I wanted to thank everyone for the advice I received and I will definitely try to contact the lady to reschedule.
