I'm a newby, so ignorance is bliss. I've seen several other reviews from hobbyists who have ED to varying levels so am looking to see what others do to fix the problem. I can count on a solid erection lasting about 30 minutes about 3AM [that's doing a lot of good], but time is limited to a somewhat erection for 5 minutes the rest of the time. Penetration is less a part of the game plan.
I have tried Cialysis and Viagra which are great for response, but never get to a point where I can be the old stud I used to be. Recently I had a provider cowgirl me for about 10 minutes and actually get off, so I know there's hope.
For those with similar issues, what works for you?

I use Viagra after a sudden surprising and unforseen issue.. I don't want that to happen again..that apparently is kind of par for the course as you age.. never a problem then, BAM.. Huh? probably because of blood pressure meds.. If I dared, I would go off the blood pressure med to see if there is a difference.. but it's not worth having a stroke over it.. I love my blue pill

I've struggled with this for some time. Various pills have worked at times but became less and less effective. I'm a fairly recent hobbyist and my first few encounters I had to be satisfied without penetration, but still got off great. Providers all understood and had no problem. Then I had prostate cancer and elected surgery. It was all robotic done by the best of the best but after this I might as well have swallowed M&M's as 100 mg of Viagra. My doc suggested injection therapy. It sounds wierd but you literally inject your johnson and within minutes you're as hard as a rock. I've used this for about a year with great success and no side effects. Of course, having had my prostate removed there's no cum but I still orgasm pretty hard and find it very satisying. Talk to your doc.

...the best thing you can do for ED is get and stay healthy. Now I'm no poster child for that and I do have my share of ED issues, but recently I've started exercising and eating better and after only 1 week I notice my woody's are better. I'm a type 2 diabetic which is probably causing my ED issues so the exercise and stuff has gotten my blood sugar down to normal ranges resulting in better erections. It's very encouraging for me and motivates me more. Good luck.
Cialis. I take it mostly for BPH, but it does enhance my wood for better and longer penetration. I take it daily at a 5mg dose. It's pretty expensive though.
Saw a urologist and he prescribed just that. It is expensive, but he has provided me the name of a reputable Canadian drug store to get the product as a generic and much, much cheaper. Been on testosterone shots monthly - has doubled the dose and will self-medicate every other week. He gave me one of those shots in your penis - made me hard for 52 minutes so there is evidence the plumbing works. BUT, not sure I want to stab my dick each time . . . "here baby, let me do this first."

I shared some concerns with my urologist about bad reports on the web about how some of the on-line Canadian stores provide cheap, unvalidated items. Here is what he shared: The Canadian stores offer several options for the same drug manufactured overseas at a fraction of the cost, so that part of the bad press is true. My Viagra is made in India for example. However, this urology group has takes samples on a regular basis and validates that the quantity of the active drug ingredient is what it should be. That assurance is all I needed - and that all his patients use this store.
I am in the TampaBay Florida area so the "snowbirds" here have actually set up three offices her in town. They do require a script from your doctor which you fax to them, they find out where the drug will come from, advise you and then you use a credit card to pay for the drug and about $6 US for shipping. 20 pills per month of 20mg Viagria with shipping was about $100. Compare that to $40 a pill over the counter at a US drugstore.
