Re: No London, whitelists and reviews are two completely different animals

I was whitelisted by a lady with whom I get along fine, we enjoyed one another's company, and I will visit her again.  However, her preference is not to be reviewed until she's seen someone three times.  There are sometimes reasons that the two things are not connected. :)

Since I'm a fairly harmless, vanilla, nice guy and not a jerk, most providers I've seen have been happy to whitelist me, and I always ask if they are OK with a review or prefer not to have one.  YMMV.

Hi Does anyone know what it means when a ter hobbyist has several providers on his whitelist but doesn't have any written reviews?I thought they had to write a review in order to get whitelisted

It's quite common for a guy to write a review of a woman and not receive a whitelist and while not as common it also happens that some women will give a whitelist for a guy who hasn't reviewed her. It is not a "tit for tat" type of situation, or at least it's not supposed to be.

Up until recently I had three whitelists (all bogus, but that's a whole another story) and I have never written a review, so yes it does happen. For an even more extreme example check out the frequent poster "BigPapasan" he has only two reviews to his credit, but well over a dozen whitelists.

...good reviews.  You give them to a guy as a stamp of approval which lets other providers know that he's okay to see.  But too often whitelists are abused so you have to use it as just one way of verifying a guy.

Whitelist, says that a provider "personally verifies" the person??  Okays seem to be given if asked for...I have never been turned down, yet I have never been whitelisted, but have never asked.

regardless of how long I have been around, one has to remind themselves to be careful.  when you get comfortable is when you can make a mistake.

It was relatively recently that Gina changed it to where it is now necessary to "request" an okay from a lady. Personally I like it this way as it cuts down on fraud and guys can "manage" their okays to a certain extent. I really don't want hundreds of okays, a couple of dozen okays with at least a handful no more than a month or two old is perfect IMHO. Believe it or not a lot of women are turned off by guys who have hundreds of okays, similar to some guys not wanting to see "high volume" women with hundreds of reviews.

I will also add that I have seen every single woman who has given me an OK, at one point I had several Whitelists from women I had never seen.
