Since there see to be quite a few Europeans on this board I would like to make the following suggestion:
What if I assist to fly in one of the well rated pornstars into  Amsterdam? (no law enforcement issues, good hotels, and an airport that is easy and cheap to reach from anywhere in Europe and close to downtown).
If we can form a group of hobbyists who would be interested than we could actually "organize a tour" without waiting for an agency to setup one. Its all about "supply and demand right?"
Now, I want to know who is interested: I am not working for any agency, but do have reliable sources that can arrange the girl to fly in. A small deposit will be required for travel and hotelcosts, but since that will be shared among hobbyists it won't cost you the world.
Let me know via PM if you are interested. Please only serious replies are requested, I try to find out if we can create a "euro market" for PSE.
