The wording was taken out for some odd reason, but it is still enforced.

For many years the top of the page of the de-listed provider info, in the self help center had the sentence "A provider who has a no review policy in any form is automatically delisted." That line was removed a few months ago, but I have to believe it was removed in error, because that policy is still true and enforced. That policy also makes perfect sense. TER is a review site after all. Why would a provider who doesn't want reviews be on a review site? Why should a provider who doesn't want reviews be allowed to promote herself on a review site?

I saw someone who said she wasn't looking for any reviews, although I discovered she had some under a different name when her menu was slightly bigger.

It got me to wondering, if a client submits her first review under the new name, but she's not looking for reviews) does she have control to say Yes to all , or No to all and keep her new "name" free of reviews? I doubt a provider can pick and choose reviews but possibly TER allows someone to avoid the whole thing if they choose.

This provider is now affiliated with a group of ladies, it has me wondering if she possibly still works under the other name (and broader menu) on the side.

Do providers have influence over their profile data such as grooming, age, bust, etc? If not is this basically up to the first person who reviews her to get it right?

Via problem reports with proof.

As far as multiple profiles, TER does not allow that, and if there is proof that it is the same provider with multiple profiles, the profiles will be merged into one.

If a provider has a no review policy (and she mentions it on her website or ads), then she will be delisted from TER.
