The answer to your questions depends on the specific person in question. You are looking for a pre-op, male to female transsexual. That is someone born biologically male attempting a physical conversion to female that has yet to have their penis removed. A post-op male to female transsexual will have an artificial vagina. There are female to male transsexuals, but given the parameters of your desires, that is not what you want.
