Not yet but I'm actively working on it.  It is clear we cannot count on our own government (federal emergency management agency, homeland security... bs agencies) to help us in a national crisis.  Some other thoughts from my local paper:
* store important documents (insurance policies, deeds, property records, etc in a safe place and have copies w/ disaster supplies)
* have a modest CASH supply
* keep current photos and info of all your children and family in the event you are separated
* meet your neighbors (is one a doctor?!?)
* back-water filtering device or bleach
* CAN OPENER for those non-perishibles
(store supplies in easy to move bins!!)
* first-aid training or handbook with that kit
* copies of perscreption medications or special supplies
* duct tape.  It's amazing the many uses...
