I submitted 2 problem reports (Michelle & Danielle) on 12/8 regarding errors in the profile. One shows no phone with contact to be by email only, but under email says none. The other shows BBBJ, but the only couple of reviews there are both mention covered in the details. Very obvious errors to me, yet these reports were "unapproved."
