I simply can't find where/how to request this of a provider I've seen. Hints, please?

As the previous member mentioned, you have to treat them well during your meeting and politely ask for it when the timing is appropriate. Keep in mind that some of the ladies may not be able to white list you because they don't have a membership or have never done it before and need some directions from another provider on how to do it for the first time. Others may not want to do it for whatever reasons. Just be respectful of their time and wishes and you will find someone that will do it for you.
