If two accounts log into TER from the same IP address, then that is frowned upon. So, hopefully providers and clients don't share the same starbucks/library/home WiFi

Hi everyone. So I usually log into my ter account on my phone and just bought a laptop.I was wondering if it's ok to log into my ter account on my new device?I ask because I know ter tracks devices and was wondering if it is OK?

and I've never had a problem.

The only time I did have a problem was when I was traveling with a provider and used her laptop to log in.  TER didn't like that very much

Sometimes I'm at home, other times I'm using phone hotspot. Still not had a problem.  Where I hear people have problems is if more than one person is logging on from the same computer, or same wifi network.
