Hate to be harsh on the newbie board, but your website sucks. Are any of the pics on your site actual ladies that work for you? I didn't think so. Stock photos from the Internet? Where are the pics, bios, and info for the ladies who work for that agency? You have contact forms to set up a date but no info on who we can set up a date with.

As for your question on getting into TER, your providers need to get reviewed, then you need to @claim" the reviews and link it to your handle, similar to how a provider gets a profile. An agency profile is basically a group of provider profiles.

Hello I am trying to become an agency on ter and promote my website and get clients  im not sure on how to begin. if theres anyone out there that could help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks. Harsh but true, I have providers but I just don't want to put unprofessional pictures up there. if they only have selfies do you think they would be able to gain more clients or should I just wait for the professional Photos?

It is almost axiomatic now that a serious client will use Google too check out a photo and will eschew contact with any agency or provider using fake photos

Sure, get the professional photos done, but even then it doesn't hurt to have a few (good quality) selfies or amateur photos. in the mix. In the mean time, real photos are better than fake photos, so post the selfies. What about the other info? You have contact info for people to contact you without any idea what they are going to get. If I look at an agency site I want to know what you have available, way before I decide to set something up. Pictures, but also name, height, weight, hair color, measurements, and rates. You should have a page for each girl. Also, where are they available? As impposter said, your site mentions nationwide, but also says Houston. Sure it is possible that you are based in Houston but you represent providers in other cities, but are they truly available nationwide? Who do you have in Hawaii right now? If I look at an agency website, I want to know who you have available tonight or tomorrow in the city that I will be in, and what is her rate?

Getting on TER is nice but that should not be your priority right now. I think you have a lot of other things to take care of before you get on TER. Learning about TER in the meantime is good, so you can get your girls on here eventually, but still they need to get a review first. The first reviewer sets the TER profile, not the provider or agency.  Read the Self Help Center. There is not a lot of agency info there but there is a lot of general info. Agencies can post ads on the regional ad boards, and they can post photos on the photo only board. You can also post on regional boards to introduce yourself and so people get to know you.

Thats some great feedback. I'm working on the site NOW. I will have a providers page made by the morning. I really just didnt want the pictures I do have to tarnish the site ,but I see the fake pictures do way worse! I wasn't intentionally using the girls on the page as actual girls but just a little flare to the page. Obviously those will be coming down immediately! Along with a few other changes such as bios and stats. I will surely do more research as far as agencies websites, and becoming a credible agency. I dont want a bad rep before I really get established. Thank you all m. fisher, p. storm, impposter  this has broadened my understanding. please keep in touch and the comments coming.

I agree with p'storm's comment and more. There's a tiny little thing that says based in Houston but then the names say available "nationwide" but no one seems to actually be anywhere.

You need to look at some other agencies and see how they built their websites (and good reputations). From MY side of things, I'm usually not looking by name or hair color, I'm looking to see who is in the city I'm in: sort / organize by location.

There are many agencies that maintain good websites and SERVICES, post ads to TER and comments to the boards, reply to posts on the boards, answer phones, emails and texts, make appointments and do all that other agency stuff but do not exist on TER as an AGENCY. (Agency fields on the Profiles are blank, Agency Search = zero hits for their name, etc.).

I'd suggest focusing on your business first and worry about the TER Agency listing after you're established.

EDIT: mrfisher was posting while I was typing. REAL photos, for sure. Professional pics are good but not necessary, depending on the "scale" of your agency. UPscale had better be pro pics. Even intermediate agencies will use pro pics. The agency will pay for the shoots, I believe, as a cost of doing business.  I can think of an "upscale" agency in the NY-NJ area with a good rep that uses selfies; the fact that the girls are super hot helps!

And I'll add a comment or two about "good" vs "bad" agencies. After a while, some girls want to move on and go indy. Good agencies don't stand in their way: they give them control of their own profiles, they let them have their own pictures to use. You might be surprised how such good will can have an impact on agency clients and new girls, just by word of mouth. A newbie looking to get started might be told ont he Newbie board, "I started out with PU and it was really good to learn the ropes. After a year, I went indy with no hard feelings. You can't go wrong with PU."
