I guess it probably was just an oversight.

The "my feedback" section seems to be for issues where I've hit contact us and sent an email to admin. I believe? This was originally executed as a "report a problem", so it's now under "my problem reports", and I don't see an update function there.  I just sent them a message about it, we will see what happens.

The status in your AM is changed from new to "approved", the profile in question is updated accordingly, and you get no days credited for it?  

Are there rules about certain types of profile info being important enough?

Just curious, thanks for any insight.

Sometimes they just forget to give you the 2 days.  
There are no rules about certain problems being more important than others.  
If there is a reason other than they forgot, they'll let you know, but I suspect a simple error. Normally if the report is approved, you get the 2 days.

So I've gotten in the habit of noting my account balance when I file a report.  Mistakes happen. They're always good about crediting the days when I let them know they forgot to do it.  

Also, on a report of the type that shows up under "My Feedback", you don't need to bother with Contact Us. You can add a note in the Update field of the report form.

"My feedback" is for anything you have used "contact us" for. (Report a Post also falls under there.) Under my feedback you can reply to their reply and can have continuous conversations about a subject. Under "my problem reports" there is no place for A follow up conversation. The only reply you get is "new," "approved," "unapproved," or "requires response," none of which you can respond to under my problem reports. However if you have to follow up on a problem report (like in your current case) just use the contact us button and tell them you are following up on a problem report you submitted. Now you will get a reply under my feedback,  and you can reply back if necessary.

Yeah right on. That's what I did, hit contact us and told them what's going on and copied in the original problem report. So now that's obviously in my feedback as new. I've always had good luck getting answers, sure it will be fine.
