I received a phone call from someone trying to get me to join an agency named Cash Mates. Has anyone dealt with or even heard of this before?
PYRAMID SCAM
They want your money and will make lots of promises to get it. I have seen every kind of scam imaginable and if it were as easy as they make it sounds, why do they need you? I am sure they have a GREAT answer for that and after the 1 millionth signs on it will implode of something; they always do. Oh, when they tell you don't have to "get another person to get paid" then really be suspect. If were all that, again, why would they need you?
