It sounds like you could have had a better time. Generally unless you plan ahead for Portland these days you may not be able to see the lady of your choice. Many prebook now, and some of the ladies in the area that are active advertisers may not get back to you in a jiffy. They could be preoccupied with other business, only keep certain hours, etc.

Always try again and have a plan A and B. Not all ladies are available all hours, check reviews, websites, introduce yourself and I'm sure you'll get one of the area or visiting ladies to ante up. There are many visiting ladies as well as regular ladies that do frequent the area.
