in which case you'd add it to her fee.
BUT in this case she'd already booked a room without asking so I'd presume that she plans on using the room for more than one date.

Seeing a provider tomorrow and asked for an in-call. They did not, at first, have an in-call. They contacted me later to say that they had booked a room at a hotel for the in-call. Does this mean I am on the hook for the hotel room cost? I would assume not. Her ad specifies in-call and at an in-call rate.

...and you have no idea how much that's killing me right now...;-)

If she advertises incall and she notified you that she has a room then it's not on you

Still it doesn't cost anything to ask directly to confirm. "Hi I would like to confirm before coming that the donation is still $xxx as agreed"

...book other appointments to help defray the cost now that she has a room.

but I have had gents chip in in form of a tip when I change my schedule and add on a room just to meet them specifically.  I communicate directly if I am expecting them to help or not.
