Sites like skipsweb/ providerphone. I have super old bp ads linked to my ter page from aggregator sites and admin told me they only delete links that are not posted anymore and to contact the site.

If you do file takedown notices, and it's easy even if the forms look complicated, please keep records of everything you do as the guy on one of the websites you specifically mentioned gave me a fake review as a thank you gift for my copyright claims. TER is probably wise to him now, so maybe he won't do that again, but the fact that he continues to scrape sites and still refuses to delete your photos means he hasn't changed his stripes. I also suspect he has a friend in a different state that he could use to submit a fake from a different IP address. Noting that you are filing on in this thread might help your case with TER if there is retaliation, but I doubt TER wants a new thread every time someone files a claim, so it would be nice to have some way we can prophylactically try to prevent retaliation.
If more ladies filed claims, his ISP would dump him in a flash. The ISPs do NOT want to deal with continued copyright claims.
