Admin will assign her an ID number when the review gets posted.  As mrfisher said above, she must have either a personal website or an ad somewhere.

Can i  still post a review on here if provider doesn't have TER yet.  Or do I have to wait until the post?  thanks.

Just a web presence with a photo which can be an ad somewhere like Back Page.

However, that said, TER may hold the review until another review comes in especially if the reviewer has little or no history on TER.  This way TER avoids fake reviews

He can just write and submit the review like everyone else said.

My theory:  that's why the aggravating "skipsweb" links show up in profiles.  The links used to be backpage links but for many months TER was not accepting bp links and it replaced existing bp links in profiles with skipsweb links.  That's a topic TER does not want to address.  (Probably the changed happened after that colored-book site was taken down.)

A new review went up recently with a backpage link but no way of knowing whether TER accepted it intentionally or by mistake.

I have been told by admin, after trying to submit a review, that they only put up links to jack wage if no other online presence can be found for the provider, so there is that exception, apparently. I was told this fairly recently, within two months.

I also had to edit a review because in the general details I said something like she looked just like her pics on jack wage. Didn't get posted until I took that out. Which is fine. I don't understand it, but I don't get pissed about it. I did get confused when I read a brand new review that mentioned that site less than a week later.

Also, skipsweb links are beyond aggravating, they're ludicrous.
