One of the free escort mall sites would do the trick, and I think Back Page is now allowed, though at one time it was not.

Look at TER provider profiles, you will find links to some templates that you can use and in probably less than an hour you will have your own site. However, you are supposed to have the TER logo somewhere on your site, so check the rules.
